This tool provides engineering design calculations related to roller bearings.
This module can be used for the selection, calculation and check of rolling bearings. This tool comes with a large database of components and can help you select a suitable bearing for a given job. The roller bearing components include RBC Bearings, Nice Ball Bearing, General Bearing Company, New Hampshire Ball Bearing, NMB USA Inc., MRC Bearing Group, Fafnir Bearings Company, Torrington Company, Timken Company, Barden Precision Bearing and other manufacturers. This module to the MT Calc design package will help calculate basic bearing parameters such as life, static safety, etc. as well as calculation of adjusted bearing life, etc. according to the new methodology of ISO 281. Related ISO, DIN, ANSI and SAE standards are followed. This module is a part of MITCalc. The MIT Calc is a mechanical and technical calculation package for gear, belt and chain drives, bearings, springs, beam, shaft, bolt connection, shaft connection, tolerances and many others.
